How enquiry information is handled.

This privacy policy explains how personal data submitted through this website is collected, used and disclosed in connection with your enquiry about Thomson Reserve. The website is operated by Example Realty Pte Ltd (Agency Licence L3001234Z), which is the organisation responsible for your personal data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

When you register your interest, the form collects your name, mobile number and email address, the unit types you are interested in, where you are in your search, how we can assist and any message you choose to write. We also record the page you arrived on, the referring site and any advertising identifiers in the address (such as gclid or utm parameters), and the date and time of your enquiry.

The appointed marketing agent uses this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings or previews, send you project updates you have asked for, and keep a record of your enquiry. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated purposes without your consent.

Where you give consent on the enquiry form, your enquiry may also be used for advertising measurement: a hashed (irreversibly encoded) form of your email address and mobile number may be shared with Google and Meta so that the enquiry can be matched to the advertisement that led you here. This is used to measure advertising effectiveness only, and the consent version you accepted is stored with your enquiry so that it can be honoured exactly.

The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs invisibly to distinguish people from automated traffic and may process limited technical information about your browser and device under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Enquiries are delivered through a form-delivery service and stored on infrastructure hosted by Cloudflare. The website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how it is used and to measure advertising; these services set cookies or similar identifiers, which you can control through your browser settings.

Personal data is retained for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and afterwards only as required for legal, regulatory or record-keeping purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Where it is transferred outside Singapore — for example to the service providers named above — we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

You may at any time ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw your consent to its use, including for advertising measurement. To do so, contact the marketing agent using the details shown in the footer; withdrawal of consent may mean we can no longer follow up on your enquiry.
